Will try to not pay
They exist to serve property owners. There are good, reasonable ways to do this. But the main way they choose is to make it a constant pain for service providers. Unrealistic NTEs. Poorly described jobs. Payment decreases for any excuse they can make stick. Payment delays with no reason at all.
Not worth the squeeze
I have been with them off and on for a couple of years. I have tried to give them chance after chance after being shadow banned for my pricing. Even when I do take jobs and knock them out, they don’t pay on time. It takes over two weeks to receive payment for some jobs. Low pay, expect you to travel two hours away for peanuts, then when you give quote they don’t approve if it’s above what they think it should be. If you like running around for peanuts, this is for you.👎

Would never work with these people again. Couldn’t trust them and their priorities are off base. Very disappointing.
