Failed Verification

I keep getting failed verification and the QR code won’t verify me. It just keeps saying connecting. It won’t read the QR code. Horrible app.

Scanner times out every single time. Worthless app so far.

Thank you for the feedback. Are you using the correct app? If you are trying to enroll and obtain your Florida Smart ID as a citizen, you'll need to use the "Florida Smart ID" app instead of this app designed for Law Enforcement Officers (Florida Smart ID LE Verifier). Hope that helps.

QR scanner broken

To set up anything you have to print a QR code. Like really you can’t think of a better way to do this in 2022? Then when you finally get the stupid thing printed it spins it’s wheels on processing until the app times out. I checked on my camera and the stupid QR code just represents the activation code that you received with the QR why can’t I just type that I ?! You seriously need to rethink this app’s functions because in its current state it’s basically unusable.

Sorry you're having issues. To clarify, this Florida Smart ID LE Verifier app is for Law Enforcement personnel to use for verifying a citizen's Florida Smart ID. For the citizen version of the app, make sure to select the option for just "Florida Smart ID" without Verifier. Thank you.

Does not work

Keep getting failed verification and you are told to finish on the DMV site. Where? You can’t find where. Perhaps the state should use Apple wallet instead and stop political grandstanding. Help the citizens instead with an app that works!
