Customer service is terrible
Been trying to get a hold of these people for a few weeks. Their ticket process just sends my tickets into the ether and their customer support process just means they won’t answer submissions. They don’t even have a phone number you can call. I’m a legacy user. Back to when it was just called fruity loops. And this company was fine. Now they just ignore customer service issues. Horrible turn for what used to be a great business. What happened?

Why is it so controversial on ratings except for everywhere else?
I was stuck using BandLab for 2 years as of 2026, and when I discovered this app, I DESPERATELY wanted to quit BandLab, it was horrible. So I asked people if I should get it, and they said it’s not worth it because it’s 3.5 stars on the app store. I don’t think ratings are ever accurate, which in my opinion, I would be right about. So when I got the app, I was amazed. I was trying so hard to find a thing that I couldn’t do in this app. I have been making better music ever since i got FL mobile, and I don’t understand the ratings problems. Now, usually I would add in ONE con about the app, but in all seriousness, no. I have literally no cons with this app. The only thing I could think of is the fact that some things I don’t know how to use, but that’s a me problem. Everything is complicated to do if you haven’t learnt it. I also don’t have to buy a 2K bucks synth, which would be nice, but that’s stupid if you can waste 15 bucks instead of that.

Why make a app that fails to function and fulfill the same mision of the original program . It’s just not good , whit that said I see the potential.
I really enjoy using this app but it has to be fixed.
This app used to be able to work the way i wanted it to. I could spin the knobs however i wanted without having to worry about a bug completely killing my momentum and slowing down my work process. I cant believe the state that this app is currently in. I hope that it wont have to stay this way and that changes will be made. This app needs a thorough investigation of the little bugs hidden within the users experience. Maybe start investigating the equalizer and its knobs that freeze when more than one is moved. Ive created a life on this app and slowly, this 15$ dollar app’s life isn't being cherished. Sure, its not a bad investment but app developers if u read the reviews come on. Theres no way you don't even see how buggy this app has become over more than just the past year unless you guys just dont use it. This apps alright if you have money to spend and need some sort of area to work. Just know it will have little roadblocks that you have to work around and wait for even. I would recommend to someone it but without saying how bad it is because it might deter someone im recommending it to from buying this app. I love this app but it needs some care and love back. Ive never written a review before and i tried to hold this one in but i really couldnt this time. Fix your app.😕 I feel like i should be getting paid for this.
