Hard for crews to identify a change to a flight

Changes made by dispatch to an already aknowledged flight show by clearly highlighted

Getting better

App has gotten better over the years. I’d love if there was a light mode. It’s very hard to see the screen in a bright cockpit in flight during the day. Light mode would make a huge difference.

not enough flexibility

need to be able to change availability using the app. would like different time zone settings and embedded file /links capability

Good features

Good features while it is online. It really needs the capability to work off line to update information then sync the next time it’s on line

Why do you hide critical reviews?

Last yeah I wrote a critical review of your app citing multiple reasons for my poor rating hoping that these issues would be fixed, they were not. In fact the issues have morphed into additional problems with data regarding passenger boarding being saved and flight times being saved. The app does, however, try to predict when you took off and landed and auto populates it for you. It is always wrong. My last review was not addressed and was actually removed from the reviews. Maybe you should fix your issues that you are absolutely aware of and not hide from criticism.

Never get notifications even though I have them on

Not great. What good is an app if the notifications don’t work when you need them to and flights get assigned and updated. I emailed them and they never responded.

What were the changes to my schedule?

Maybe I’m missing it. If a change happens to my schedule, this should be presented to me. I don’t see where that is (if it is even there).

We notify you about duties you’ve requested and all flight changes where the crew status is confirmed as “OK.” Currently, we don’t notify about roster duty changes, but we’re working on an efficient solution to keep you updated without overwhelming you with too many notifications. Post Flight data fails to push

I am often contacted by company asking to finish the Post Flight data, numbers, fuel burn and attachments. I have never failed to complete this and it is annoying that I am bothered as if I am the problem when it is an issue with this inferior product. It reminds me of the low bid garbage that we would get stuck with in the government.
There are other complaints where the Flexx states that this issue was fixed. This is not so and you should stop blowing smoke up your customers.

Too many selections

When selecting Duty time On and Off. should be a simple, one time selection. Shouldn’t have to Include All, and re-enter a yes, I’m really coming in duty! One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

Nicht hilfreiche App

Jedesmal bei einem update wird man ausgeloggt, muss man wieder das Passwort eingeben. Weiters bei jeder Öffnung der App kommt ein beliebiger Tag im Jahr2022.
Offline Eingaben nicht speicherbar.
Völlig überbewertete App.

Not made for IPAD

Try to do the post flight and just enter times - sometimes it populates all sometimes it just goes blank- waste of time for simple data entry - Never should have changed from FOS !

Duty time

Id love if there was a slider to show me when duty ends (and updates when block times inputted), when im unavailable to be called and when next duty will start.

Updates within the app are infuriating

When I’m inputting data in the post flight section, or just using the app and flight updates occur (new flights being assigned or updated) a notification banner slides in from the top and deselects anything you were working on meaning you need to start again. When this happens in bursts like at my company (multiple flights being released for the next day for instance) it makes the app unusable.

Also I get multiple notifications on my phone and watch when flights are released. If I have 7 legs tomorrow I get 7 back to back notifications on my phone and watch. It should just be a single notification that flight are released for tomorrow and I can review them in the app.

Bug report

Opening any document under recap crashes the app. Currently running on IOS16.0 (20A362)

Should be so much better

Painfully slow. Every 5th time I open the app it takes me back to January 2015. When inputting post flight data it will often crash half way through and delete everything imputed, needing to start again. Great ideas in this app, poor execution.

Incredibly slow after last update (18 Sep22)

Until yesterday everything was fine, but the last update slowed down the app at the point it is almost unusable. Tried to delete the app and reinstall, tried to log out and log in again, nothing works, takes ages to update and freezes every time something is selected.
Fix it!
