i gave it a one star because when advertised it dosent know that it leaves the name of the app all over the picture and i didn’t realize until after taking all my vacation pictures on this app and now they are all ruined with the watermark on them, so thanks so much to this app my pictures are ruined bc u guys false advertise

we’re sorry for the frustration! the option to remove watermarks is displayed on the upgrade screen shown after photos are taken, and the photo preview also shows the watermark before saving. the pro upgrade is disclosed in the app store description as well. the good news is that your photos aren’t ruined! once you upgrade, you’ll be prompted to download all your existing photos without the watermark (this prompt is only displayed once, if you chose to discard your photos, they cannot be recovered). we hope this helps, and we’d love the opportunity to improve your experience to a five-star one. please reach out to us at help@flag7x.com if you need any further assistance.

Genuinely worth paying for - literally downloaded so many apps to try and get the same aesthetic and luckily found this one. Tried a few test shots and was sold instantly!! Basically use it instead of my normal camera app now

Literally my first time ever writing an app review in the 12 years I’ve owned an iPhone. I will no longer be buying a g7x camera because this app is the SAME THING. I’m in shock. I love this app, it saved me from having to buy a digital camera since i have the same effect conveniently on my phone thanks to this app! Its worth every penny for just how i’m always using it instead of my normal camera lol. Definitely give it a try! :)

Doesn’t work

I paid for a subscription and I’m trying every single way to be able to upload photos directly from my camera roll to edit. Every time I click on the Album button on the lower left it just goes to my camera roll, but gives me no options to add them to the app itself.

Won’t let you select photos

I downloaded it so I could turn any photos I’ve already taken into g7x ones but whenever you click the photos album button it opens the photos app. Which means you can’t select a photo. It will only let you take a picture and turn it into g7x which is really the opposite of what I was hoping to use it for. Guess I’ll go back to dazzcam. Hopefully they can fix this.

Loved it…at first

I really loved this app at first, but after about a month the camera suddenly stopped working and only displayed a black screen. I tried every troubleshooting step I could think of, and my phone’s regular camera worked perfectly, so the issue appeared to be with the app itself. Despite paying for the subscription, I still couldn’t use the camera.

What was even more frustrating was the lack of customer support. There isn’t an easy way to contact support through either the app or the website. When I searched online for help, the only suggestion was to send a message through Instagram.

The app has a lot of potential, but it really needs a more reliable support system so paying customers can get help when problems arise.

UNBELIEVABLY GOOD

I’ve been wanting to buy a good camera for ages but didn’t want to spend the money. I’ve tried using similar apps to this, and honestly none of them satisfied me and just looked like silly filters. When I came across this app I was shocked at how good it makes ur pics and actually makes them so similar to £1000 camera!!! I’m actually so excited to take pictures for my holidays. I love the app!!!!

I love this app so much; after downloading it my phone battery dropped at an insane speed- also when I got back to my car it would not charge while I was on my phone/ battery kept dropping from 11 to 6% while plugged in (never ever had this issue before;same charger same car). I’m home now and able to charge my phone from the actual outlet, but my phone is super glitchy (swiping through my camera roll it lags, won’t swipe, doesn’t register my clicking on a photo, etc).
I seriously LOVE the photos I’ve gotten out of this app today, but what the heck is going on??😭

omg wait this is so weird 😭 can you dm us on instagram at @flag7x and let us know which iphone you’re using, your ios version, and anything else you noticed when this happened? since flag7x is a camera/photo app, it can definitely use a little more battery than some other apps while you’re actively shooting, but it should not be doing anything like this. this is honestly the first time we’ve ever had a report like this, so we’d really love to look into it and see if there’s anything app-related going on. dm us and we’ll help troubleshoot!! 🫶🏼

thanks for the feedback and we appreciate the suggestion! just to clarify, flag7x isn’t designed as a filter app; it adjusts the camera settings at the time the photo is captured to help recreate the look directly in-camera, so older photos taken outside of the app can’t be changed in quite the same way after the fact. if this helps clarify how the app works, we’d really appreciate you reconsidering the rating, since reviews make a big difference for small apps like ours 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

hi! yes you will need to allow camera permissions in order for camera apps to be able to use your iphone’s camera. otherwise, it will show a black screen (and not your camera view). hope this helps! 🫶🏼
