Car wash ripped off my 3rd break light and the antenna on my Chevrolet Tahoe. They refused to pay to fix it because my car is more than 5 years old!!! Good luck guys!!

This car wash is better than any other car wash company that I have tried on the Richmond area. It is fast and convenient and the vacuums and cleaning towels work super.

Spin to win
The spin to win deal really needs to be fixed! If you spin on one day after 6 PM you have to wait until after 6 PM the next day to spin again! I want to be able to spin for points each DAY! So if I spin at 11 PM on one day, I expect to be able to spin again at 12:01 AM the next day! Fix it!

Customer service was really great! I went to the location in FarmVille, VA. Quick and easy!
What’s the point?
If people are allowed to use the app, what’s the point in having someone talk to every person that comes through? Everyone doesn’t want to interact with someone. Why can’t app users use the membership line as well? I’m waiting time and time again for self service but you all aren’t even using the machines you paid money for. Make it make sense.
