this is a great app. everything is laid out perfectly and there is a lot of guides/tools to help you get around the app.

Customer service was really great! I went to the location in FarmVille, VA. Quick and easy!
What’s the point?
If people are allowed to use the app, what’s the point in having someone talk to every person that comes through? Everyone doesn’t want to interact with someone. Why can’t app users use the membership line as well? I’m waiting time and time again for self service but you all aren’t even using the machines you paid money for. Make it make sense.

I’ve been there quite a few times, but according to the app, I haven’t been there yet. Plus, they don’t have my truck information.

It’s every 4 weeks they charge instead of monthly
I was looking through my bank statements for the past few months and realized that flag stop has been charging me ever 28 days instead of every month which sometimes leads to TWO payments in a month, and that adds up in a year to an extra month they are getting from

You might even get a free Ultimate car wash just by downloading this app. You can play games in the arcade. You can check out all the sponsors. You can even win a free car wash just by going to the Flying Squirrels baseball game. You can see all flagstop locations around you. You guys did an amazing job. Have been logging my spin-to-win cycles since February 22. Have 15 “spins” logged and out of that group #5 has shown up 11 times; #10 has shown up once; #15 has shown up 2 times; #20 has shown up once.
each time i do a spin, i place the iphone on a level horizontal surface. the spin always starts on 20, by default.
seems odd that there has been very little variety in results.
