Flap: Classic Arcade

Classic flapping arcade action — no timers, no energy bars. Tap to flap your bird upward and thread it through the gaps between scrolling pipes. Gravity pulls you down constantly; each tap is a wing beat that kicks you back up. Clear a pipe and score — hit one and it costs a life. TWO MODES • Normal — 500 uniquely generated pipe gauntlets, each seeded from its number so it always plays the same. Pass the target number of pipes to clear the level and unlock the next; gaps tighten, pipes speed up, and deeper in they start to move. • Continuous — one endless sky. No levels, no target — just survival and a high score per difficulty. THREE DIFFICULTIES • Easy — slower pipes, wider gaps, fewer colours in colour mode • Medium — faster scroll, tighter gaps, more colours • Hard — fastest pipes, narrowest gaps, full colour palette COLOUR MODE Toggle colour mode to unlock a flat pipe palette. Every pipe wears its own flat tint, and clearing it paints the bird that colour — the only colour in the entire app. LIVES SYSTEM Three lives per run. A crash respawns the bird at the centre and costs one life; lose all three and the run is over. The bird hovers in place until your first tap, so you are never killed before taking control. MOVING GAPS From level 6 onward, pipe gaps oscillate up and down with their own phase offsets so no two pipes bob in lockstep. Threading a moving gap at speed is the deepest challenge in the campaign. Haptics and synthesised arcade sounds fire on every flap, score, crash, and level clear. No audio files ship with the app. The chrome is strictly black and white; only the pipes and bird carry flat colour in colour mode. No account required. No internet required.
