Very bad company
Not only does this app not support the English language the company is the worst delivery company in Thailand.
I have a package that needs picking up and I scheduled a pick up two days ago. I waited all day and night for a call as my scheduled pick up time was around 7pm to 9pm. They never called nor did they even attempt to pick up the package.
My wife received a call from them the next day and they made a lame excuse why thry can't pick up the package then and said they would pick it up in the morning today. It's afternoon now and they haven't called or attempted to pick up the package at all.
I tried calling them. Their call center loops you back, in Thai, around and around having you tapping buttons and then looping you back around to hear the same messages in Thai.
I hung up and tried chat as rhe message on the phone suggested. They never responded at all. And I was in chat for over an hour and never got one representative.
This company is a joke. They shouldn't even be in business and I'm surprised they still are. Now I'm going to miss out on receiving a refund for an item I want to send back because yet another delivery company has refused to offer the service that pays their salaries! My suggestion is to avoid this company like the plague.
