Worst courier service
They will never deliver your items especially the large ones and will keep it in their hub for ages and the seller won’t accept your refund/return request. As if you have no option but to wait FOREVER and keep your anger to yourself as their customer service is also USELESS! Worst! WORST BRANCH IN QC AS WELL!

bad business
basically understaffed which means no work done. if u get flash express as ur courier just expect at least 2 weeks until wtvr ur ordering arrives. no matter the urgency or whatever this courier will never provide. PLUS bad energy workers and peanut brain hiring.

Always check the couriers handling your orders, and never choose Flash Express!
1) Slow delivery, maybe 2-3 times slower than other courier services.
2) Couriers who have reportedly (first hand, and Reddit experiences) falsified tracking information that apparently shows “called 3 times” with fake details, but with your right number, despite never actually being called.
3) They lost my parcel, and didn’t bother to update me UNTIL I just noticed my parcel tracking number was labeled as CLOSED.

WORST COURIER
If I could only rate 0 star, I’ll give you that. My WORST experience on a courier. My order got cancelled twice in lazada and shopee (different orders) because of unsuccessful delivery attempts even though the rider did not attempt to deliver the parcel. I also tried contacting the branch but they are ignoring my calls. I raised a claim but no update. This courier is not recommended at all. They should not include it in online shops anymore.

They want me to pick up the item from their store.
Crazy employees, i paid additional for the delivery in shoppe and they want me to pick up the itemin their puck up point. I insisted to deliver in my house but they return to seller and marked a fake delivery attempt…
