We booked oirbtrabel online fast and efficient.
A massive pain and nothing more….
We booked a return ticket to Cagayan de Oro and paid 27,000 pesos, but we never received a confirmation.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service waiting in queues and making numerous calls our issue was never resolved.
When we requested a refund, it was denied with the assurance that the issue would be rectified promptly.
However, we received no meaningful follow up, only vague excuses. We also reached out via email but again, there was no resolution.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The app is unreliable, and the customer service has been nothing short of disgraceful. There’s been a complete lack of accountability, communication and effective support

Amazing App
This app is brilliant, not only is it a stylish looking app. It works really well, a lot of the apps I’ve used in south east Asia feel very “buggy” but this app is perfect.
