UI and UX improved
Finally the application upgraded, please improve next the speed of the app and more options for mode of payments online
It gets worse
It was a bad app but the update made it worse. Didn’t think that was possible but Manila Water is doing the impossible!
Still needs quite a bit of improvement
Confusing layout. Can’t even pay with GCash within the app. Statements can’t be downloaded (keeps popping up some odd message of within 5 days). Even old statements that are clearly in the system can’t be viewed.
OTP Error
We received no paper bill for November so we tried the app, but we have trouble creating an account because even if you enter the correct OTP it says error.
Annoying
