UI and UX improved
Finally the application upgraded, please improve next the speed of the app and more options for mode of payments online
It gets worse
It was a bad app but the update made it worse. Didn’t think that was possible but Manila Water is doing the impossible!
Still needs quite a bit of improvement
Confusing layout. Can’t even pay with GCash within the app. Statements can’t be downloaded (keeps popping up some odd message of within 5 days). Even old statements that are clearly in the system can’t be viewed.
OTP Error
We received no paper bill for November so we tried the app, but we have trouble creating an account because even if you enter the correct OTP it says error.

What kind of App is this???
It’s hard to log in. It won’t even let me sign in or create an account. The web version used to work but they switch the loggin system the same with this app which is frustrating
Frustrating and full of bugs
You can’t even register your account even the details are correct. It’s so frustrating. It says that verification failed even the details are correct. Like this I checked multiple times and it says it is incorrect
Cannot register
Used an invoice that was issued for the last 6 month. However, it says that the data is wrong. Hence, cannot register an account.

Cant even create an account even after I key in the correct details from the paper bill

Elementary students can do better than this one. You can’t even download or see the actual billing details.
Can't even log-in
This app doesn't let me log-in despite using the Google sign-in function for a few years via the website. I've also tried to create an account from scratch but it's detecting my Google account that's linked to the same MW contract number. Now i'm at a dead end. I appreciate the UX/UI upgrade but if users are having difficulties logging-in, then everything is just a waste.

Verification always says Failed!
I just want to view my bill!! After the recent web update, I can’t get in into my account! So annoying and frustrating

your prior app was way easier to use and has less bugs. sana before you launched this beta version eh you have tried it first.. could not load the billing history!!!!
Updated but cannot log in
The app told me to update so I can log in. I updated it and it just won't let me log in.
I enter my registered email address and it loads. The circle just goes round and round. I wait for it to stop for 1-2 minutes. Then after 1-2 minutes again the OTP is sent to my email address. Then I use the OTP but it's already expired. So i request for another OTP, i entered it and it just loads again. I'm still trying to wait for it to let me get in as I'm writing this.

Latest Update No OTP Screen
The latest update from 9 hours ago is sending OTP but doesn’t redirect you to a page where you can input the OTP. How does that even gonna work? Don’t you have any QA people to test this app before rolling to production? This is really one of the worst app I’ve ever dealt with.
Terrible app
This app is a piece of trash. It is not reliable in terms of checking your latest billing. If its data can be up-to-date, then it would be helpful!

Forget about using this app to check your bills - you're lucky if it sends an otp in the first place, and it never sends one on your first log in. You'd think they wouldn't log you out considering how difficult it is to log back in, but you only have a few minutes until it kicks you out. You then have to spend the whole day trying to log in again.
Paying bills? Forget about it. They say the payment will be posted withint 24 hours - it has been 5 days and my payment has not yet been credited.
Forget about this app. Definitely not worth the stress and hassle.

Can’t make a payment
Useless app ever! Can’t even pay my bills using Gcash it keeps routing on dragonpay. What’s the app for? And needs to log in EVERYTIME just to check the bill!

Doesn’t update or reflect any payments you made. I made a payment and 2 weeks have gone by and it still did not reflect.
