A bit buggy with the updating of paid/unpaid and viewing bills on ios but it’s easy to file reports
Perhaps a few more tweaks on the software since it’s still relatively laggy and unresponsive; especially with viewing bills. It doesn’t update the paid bills too on the home page of the app
Such an awful experience
I just downloaded this application and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The app kept lagging even though my internet connection is stable. The app crashed more than once while I was using it. I ended up being frustrated and a waste of time. I uninstalled it shortly after downloading. Hopefully, developers can fix the issues in future updates.

Frustrating Login Makes a Simple App Unusable
My experience with the Meralco app has been consistently frustrating, forcing me to give it a one-star review. The primary issue is the login process. It is unnecessarily difficult and overly complicated for an app that is supposed to provide simple utility services, like viewing a bill.
I understand the need for security, but this isn't a high-security banking app. The current login system creates a terrible user experience, blocking access to basic functions. An app's first job is to be accessible, and this one fails at that first hurdle. Until the login process is streamlined and made more user-friendly, the app remains practically unusable for me.
