I have had this LabelMaker for a couple of weeks and I’ve worked with it with my iPad, my iPhone everything and it will not work! A very big disappointment

Give option to resize smaller
A lot of times my paper shifts left or right so it always cuts off a little bit of the shipping label. I do not want it to print full screen so please give the option of allowing us to resize it ourselves to allow a larger white border

The paper disappeared inside the machine! I can’t take it out. I have not idea how that could happen!!!
