No Dumb Phone / Flip Phone Support
I switched recently to using a phone that lacks applications and browsers on it. One of the concerns has been using the parking app for my work’s garage. The only alternative is to print the QR code, which is ok for parking in that one garage. I have run into other parking garage and lots operated by Flash parking. These parking lots lack physical parking meters, only operating QR code based payment. Avoiding Flash parking designated lots is my only option in order to legally park in that area.

Non-Functional
This app is pretty glitchy and has made parking at work a lot more complicated. The two recently installed gates don’t communicate at work and are now forcing parkers to leave from same gate despite it being against the desired traffic flow.
Always something
This app is nothing but frustration, my parking lot used this app to access to the garage, I changed my phone and i have to download the app again buy it doesn’t work because it keeps asking me to validate my phone but when i try to do it it keeps giving me an error message
Unreliable
Some days it works and some it doesn’t. Don’t start with this vendor if you have alternatives.
Can’t even register the phone
It has some numbers entered already, not by me, multiple attempt to reload, the same result, no options to get around that: useless app, period
