Ok, aber lang (noch) nicht gut!

Im Verhältnis zu anderen Brokern ist die Darstellung sehr unübersichtlich und kompliziert. Auch Transaktionen wirken kompliziert. Der einzige Grund, weshalb ich meinen Broker gewechselt habe ist, da es ein steuereinfacher Broker für Österreich ist. Ansonsten vermisse ich alles von meinem alten Broker 😭😭😭
PS an Flatex: Wenn ihr wissen wollt wo ihr euch verbessern könnt dann schaut auch die APP von „Finanz Net Zero“ mal an. Die ist einfach nur top. Intuitiv kommt wirklich jeder damit zurecht.

Unterirdischer Support

Die App ist im Großen und Ganzen recht gut verwendbar, man merkt aber, dass die UI nur etwas Schminke auf einem veralteten Backend ist.
Der Support, allerdings, ist wirklich unterirdisch. Fragen und Anliegen werden erst nach bis zu 8 Wochen halbherzig beantwortet. Hier wird wohl seitens Flatex zu sehr gespart, oder muss an der Motivation gearbeitet werden.

Schlechter als Trade Republic

Leider anscheinend nur eine WebApp und keine native Anwendung, das macht die Konkurrenz besser. Das spürt man leider bei der Bedienung ganz deutlich.
