Needs work, needs a more dedicated coaching staff
I was initially drawn to this app because of the excellent price for the type of 1v1 coaching that normally costs at least 100$ a month.
In practice, the in app functionality needs work, but what I was most dissatisfied with was the engagement of the coaches. If the price needs to increase to get a little more engagement/buy-in from them, I think it would be better.
My experience was that at this price point, coaches mostly recycled weekly workout schedules, put in minimal effort on the planning end and were not as responsive in the chat as they could be. In short, too good to be true. Maybe give this one a while to sort out the bugs…
