why not mimic the desktop site?
app is poor, can only see a few last locations which updates every 15 minutes or so, can’t change watch settings, or contact settings, you have to go into the desktop, may as well just use that
Does not work
The app does not work at all- try to input serial number and password and does not proceed from that page at all - no option to feedback and I need access to this to monitor a very fragile relative - please sort this out asap

App showing that I have a red dot notification and there’s no notification when I enter into the app.

Unhelpful notifications which stays all the time which is a false notification. I have tried everything to get this cleared. 😡
