Quick and easy

This app is a perfect solution for me wanting to keep a regular check on my health with blood tests, a route I’ve tried to go down myself which was either expensive or complicated. It’s easy to use and gives you a efficient quick results.

Needs more notifications

Like the app and the info given following blood tests but am struggling to remember my weekly tasks that I set myself and would really like the option to have notifications for these too. Would be great if you could course this in a future update! Might actually help me make the changes suggested.

Just Joined

I’ve just joined and have found the app very easy to use and my first blood test Booking was very fast

Great service

Do Health is a great resource. The blood test results are clear, well explained and link to easy actions you can take to improve any measures that need it On top of that is Joy (the bot) who answers any questions. I think it’s the way health care needs to go.
In his book ‘Cured’ Jeff Rediger says life is risky, like walking on a cliff edge. We need a healthcare system that helps us to build fences along that cliff edge to protect ourselves but what we currently have is one that provides ambulances to collect us once we’ve fallen. I think this app helps us to build those helpful fences.

Frequent problems with availability

I have experienced glitches for hours at a time and most days. I don't mind an odd issue here and there but this is getting to be too much.

I love the idea but think the tech needs an upgrade to prevent these recurring issues with the AI health coach.
