Good concept, but the UX and nutrition functionality need significant improvement

I really wanted to love this app because having medication, weight, meals and progress in one place should make the whole process much easier. Unfortunately, the nutrition and tracking experience needs a lot of work.

The AI meal estimates are regularly inaccurate, sometimes by hundreds of calories, and the macros can be far enough out that the app then gives completely inappropriate feedback. I’ve had meals where the app overestimated fat, told me to reduce it, then after I corrected the numbers manually it told me to add more healthy fats. That makes the coaching feel unreliable rather than helpful.

The app also focuses too much on judging meals after they’ve already been eaten. I’d much rather see forward-looking guidance based on my whole day, e.g. “you’re low on fibre today, consider adding X later”, instead of scoring every meal and telling me what I should have done differently.

There are also some obvious tracking gaps. The app advises users to log symptoms, but there’s no proper symptom logging function. Hydration is encouraged but water tracking is limited. Meal logging appears designed around three meals a day, which makes snacks and drinks feel like an afterthought even though they obviously matter if you want an accurate picture of intake.

The progress view could be much better too. I’d love proper daily, weekly and overall journey dashboards showing calories, protein, fibre, hydration, weight trend, medication adherence, symptoms and activity in one clear place.

There’s a good product underneath this, and I like the convenience of having everything linked to my weight-loss treatment, but at the moment I’m doing far too much manual checking and correcting for an app that should be making the process easier.

2/5 — good concept, but the UX and nutrition functionality need significant improvement.

Easy to use and help remind me to log what I'm eating and doing otherwise I think I could easily forget

Data protection issue

The service is fine but finished with it and spotted that I can’t request data deletion within the app which is in breach of apples policy dated June 30, 2022, as described in App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1
