Not good washes. At all
I had multiple incidences with these washes. The soft touch option scratched my side mirrors even though I pulled them in.
On another occasion in the touch free option the swinging arm broke and drug across the top of my car. Scratching it as it went. I almost couldn’t get out of the bay because it kept trying to complete the wash and wedged against my car.
On top of all that, I never really felt like the wash was very good at getting my vehicle clean. It left more bugs behind than it should and just missed key areas of the vehicle.

Poorly designed app
Might be the lowest-level app on the planet, zero attention to detail - it’s the worst.
Good car wash, terrible reliability
Fully 80% of the time that I come to wash my truck one of the two lanes is closed
App not secure.
App was hacked within days of car wash purchase. Name address and phone number were used as well as a previously owned car model, which was not used on the application. CS said it was difficult to keep track of car models as the app allowed changes.

The application works as expected. It would be nice when in a rush to sometimes pick a lower tier choice car wash. Also Lakeville, Minnesota Fleet Farm lane one needs a permanent repair. It has always out of service due to temporary repairs.
Good wash but…
I would say the majority of times I visit during the winter the wash is down for maintenance. Really no purpose in paying for a program that I can only rely on using half of the year.
More closed than open
Sadly the car washes are more closed than open which makes this app/service useless sadly.
Convenience and pricing are great!
I love the convenience and pricing of the car wash pass… There are many different carwashes to use… The lines are rarely long… And the price is right!
McDonald’s Ice Cream machines have better uptime
Monthly contract for frustration and disappointment. Cancelling.
Car wash isn't always working
I was here to get my car washed last weekend and both lanes were blocked off. Today, only 1 is working and there is a line. I'm thinking of canceling.

This works very smoothly and I don’t have to keep money or coins or codes at hand.
Easy to use
Have been using for the last 4 months. During really cold days the car wash will be closed. If you have any issues with the app not working you can email them and they are really responsive. Definitely great value.
App glitches A LOT
App definitely glitches constantly and always a challenge to make it work when I use it. Not impressed at all!!

Car wash
Signed up about three weeks ago for your monthly car wash, but this is the third time I’ve had to go to a competitors car wash to get my car washed they’re all open. Your employees say that you don’t have the proper heaters compared to the other car washes in town. When it is open, they only open up one side so there’s always a longer line than necessary. Is it the weather or are your employees too lazy to open it up not happy what a waste of money.
