FLEETGUARD is a maintenance management app built for fleet teams to run inspections faster, document issues clearly, and keep every vehicle inspection record in one place. From login to submission, FLEETGUARD guides mechanics through a structured inspection workflow for both trucks and trailers. Users can select a vehicle, review checklist items by category, mark each item as Pass / Fix Required / Fail, add notes, and attach photos directly from camera or gallery. For truck inspections, odometer entry is supported as part of the inspection start flow. The app also provides a clear operational view: Dashboard summary of monthly inspection progress (completed vs pending) Vehicle list with last inspection info to help prioritize units needing attention Full inspection history with search and date-range filters Detailed inspection records showing vehicle info, mechanic info, category-wise answers, status counts, and photo evidence Profile tools including secure password change and logout
