Disconnecting
The new update keeps disconnecting while it’s doing the pre trip. I still have to use while I’m driving to see if it works.
A lot of improvements!
They didn’t start out as an ELD service so it took them some time until they got enough ELD customers to where it seemed like they prioritized it. They got me integrated with Highway and I’ve enjoyed the customer service interactions I’ve had. I’ve really noticed a difference in the past few months.

Not fond of new update
Personally I liked the last version of the app. Since the most recent update I have to physically scan to pair my app with the truck EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk away. Whereas, before the update it would automatically scan when I got close to the truck. My biggest issue is I’ve gotten use to when the truck is no longer in motion for 5 mins or so the app would automatically go into On Duty Status. Now it does not do that and since I was use to the previous function I catch myself sitting at shippers/receivers waiting to be loaded/unloaded in Driving Status. I understand it’s on me to check the status, but it doesn’t make sense that that feature would disappear in an update.

This system is terrible
This system wants to log into my truck when ever it feels like. Does not show the total miles and my 8 hour break meter never counts down. Wish my company never switched to this company. Soooo many problems. If I could give this a no star value, I would.
Very disappointing
We have been using this app for 9 months and it hasn’t worked correctly yet. Wish the company I work for would have researched this app better
