Need updating
It does not update all the time as it should when requesting an update of the location of your car as it should. It can be hours at a time and it will continue to update with the same address, even though the vehicle is in a different location as what it states

I have not been able to use this for over a year when I try to contact company to see why I can’t get in touch with no one
Off Location / Worse Customer Service
I’m not sure what to even say. The location of my car has NEVER been accurate. Right now, it’s showing down the block and around the corner. I spent months going back and forth with customer service with no resolve. I just gave up…. SO EXASPERATING. Hopefully others have better luck. I’m definitely unsatisfied with the app.
