I wish I could give this zero stars. It is a work requirement to use this and it never works. Can’t connect or log-in. Frequently have to delete the app and reinstall then call customer service to get access again. It’s more work using it than not.

This app is the worst. I’ve never experienced an app with so many issues. Who ever designed this app should be embarrassed. To have to delete and reinstall this app in the hopes of it working is ridiculous. And to get help get that working is another nightmare.

Worked ok before the last update 5 months ago. Now, I can’t even sign in to the app.
Garbage App
This application is very buggy. It will constantly crash and I will need to restart from the beginning. That is, when I can even stay logged in because it often fails to connect to the network. Keeping track of receipts is hit and miss, so you always have to verify that things upload correctly.
Stopped working can’t get back in.
UPDATE: Still useless, the below is still true:
Needs to repeatedly be deleted and reinstalled and with the current iteration, I can’t login. Took two days to install after deleting, now it’s asking for a password that never existed. Complete garbage.

Shockingly Worthless
This app has never worked. My company has forced me to use it under threat of punishment or even termination yet somehow no one seems to know how to make it work.
Every update just brings new and different errors.
What’s more appalling is that someone likely got paid a lot of money to produce this, and is likely being paid a regular service fee to administer to this system.
I don’t think I have ever seen anything more useless since this app won’t even open. Or if it does it immediately crashes and locks up so that you can’t use any part of it.
I would love to see the creators of this disaster be investigated. It’s not possible any legitimate company would be able to get paid for a service and not provide anything in return.

Useless app
Absolute garbage. Didn’t work for months…jumped through some hoops to finally get logged back in and now when I upload a receipt it doesn’t link with the FleetWave desktop website. So I still have to take a pic of each receipt, email it to myself, then upload it through the website (making the app useless and a waste of time). Who get paid to approve this stuff for field use???

It’s always down in the middle of the day. Hardly works. Definitely a government ran app.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Most of the time you can log in. Then when you can it’s 50/50 if the recipe/mileage or form will upload meaning you have to go to the desktop version anyways. This plus weekly mileage reporting and gas receipts someone PLEASE CONTACT DODGE!

This stupid app rarely works. There’s always an issue. Currently not working and no one knows how to fix it. I am actually pretty impressed at how the government can continually utilize systems that are this bad. Sometimes it will upload receipts, other times it won’t. No explanation. Just stops working. Uninstall, reinstall, still not working. It’s like everything thing else we use. Constantly having issues and wasting time dealing with useless apps and software.
