They needs to fix there raggedy website I can’t even pay my bill after they disconnected my Internet I’m switching Internet companies
Total garbage
If you paid for spark light pay as you go Internet, you’re in for a real treat. It doesn’t work at all. The modems don’t work. You can’t talk to an actual person. There’s no customer service and when a tech comes out, they don’t even do anything. what a waste of freaking money.
Terrible app
The app is terrible. It doesn’t allow you to do anything. Adding a card or paying a bill just creates and error message.
