I had flexer for years , now it's not working
Was good at first
The first week it was finding offers really well. As soon as it switched to the pay model it wouldn’t grab blocks any more. Instead it would tell me to go to the Amazon Flex app and solve a puzzle. By the time I got to the app the black was no longer available.
Greedy owners
Ahktar Zanan refused to give me my five free credits back after not really realizing how the app works and that it charges you. I requested to have them credited back to me after accepting blocks automatically as the app does and then forfeiting them to which he refused. Greedy and lazy. Use a different app!

They Steal from you
They claim that if you forfeit your blocks within the app that you will not be charged, and they claim that if you are charged, it will be refunded to you. I have canceled several blocks and they're still stealing money from me. They haven't refunded a dime. They just take money from you even when they know that you do not complete the blocks because you forfeited them in time they have stolen so much money from me for canceled blocks

Very bad and taking money very faster either you forfit any blocks they took commissions and no way to return your money.

Regarding incorrect charges
Very poor customer service. It has been more than a month since I first contacted Flexer regarding my issue, and I am still waiting for a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to reach their customer support team, all I receive are automated responses. No one from the company has contacted me personally to address my concerns or provide an update on my refund.
The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend Flexer based on my experience.

threatened to kick me off the app for requesting a refund
A support rep named Geoffrey threatened to delete my account because I asked for $20 back on 17 blocks I never took. He went back and forth with me instead of just issuing the refund and told me they "can't afford to keep me on the app" for asking.
Here's the kicker: their own support email literally tells you to report any charges that should have been refunded so they can make it right. I did exactly that. What I got in return was threats to delete my account and an offer of 5 "credits" with no explanation of what a credit even is.
If you ever get mischarged on this app, don't expect a refund. Expect to be threatened with account deletion for asking. Avoid.
