Driver support nonexistent
I did an initial setup call with someone to set up my account and they couldn’t even send me what I needed during the call. The text came through about 30 mins later and I had questions because I had trouble setting up my account (the stripe setup link leads to an error page). I’ve been contacting them for a week already with no reply. They don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to text messages. the chat in the app doesn’t work, and they don’t reply to emails. I can’t imagine what it would even be like to be in an active delivery and needing help or even a customer that has had any issue with their delivery. Very poor service.

So many things wrong I can't even list them. I just want my information and account deleted !! How do I do so when every time I try, I get an error preventing me from doing so. Who do I contact immediately ???

An I truly don’t wanna go thru the onboard process if this company isn’t going to pay me an keep giving me the run around over timesheets , so think I’m going to be moving on an so many others need to also don’t let what happen to this person above me happen to you they went through it for us all
