Fake/scam
This app must be 100% fake to tell you you’re hired and then your motor vehicle record never gets approved. He sit there and sit there and sit there in limbo. There’s no phone numbers to call anybody every time you go to their Support. It says failure to send what a fake fake fake app even sent out emails with no response. This app is a joke should be taken the apple or any other

Extremely Disappointed With How Drivers Are Treated
Extremely disappointed with Vamo. This was my FIRST cancellation, and it was due to a legitimate medical emergency that required an ER visit. I immediately communicated the situation, apologized, and offered documentation, yet I was completely ignored and my account was disabled. The lack of communication, compassion, and professionalism was unacceptable and honestly disgusting. Emergencies happen, and the way Vamo handled mine was completely unreasonable. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable way to earn income.

No communication and they do not value their drivers
I have been driving for them for over a year. It’s a battle daily to communicate and accept routes. I would not recommend driving for them. Horrible in everyway !
Only good one time
Had only one route offered, then nothing and it’s been months. Can’t delete account. Not worth the setup troubles. One route equals one star.
Somewhat ok
Bad customer service they don’t reimburse you for going through the tolls if you doing a route in The Bronx be prepared to walk up steps the pay is low and your driving a bunch of miles for for a little money then you can accept a route for 10 am they will change the pick up time to 12
