Junk app - waste of time
My credit card includes free FlexiRoam eSIM with data so I downloaded it. It didn’t work in any of the destinations I went to. Completely useless. I had to pay for international roaming with my carrier because FlexiRoam failed.
On top of that, I received notifications all throughout the days offering awful “deals.” A product that doesn’t work and spams you is a scam in my eyes.
Don’t waste your time like I did. Use Nomad or something more reputable. There’s a reason FlexiRoam has awful reviews. It’s because it’s awful.

Not able to have data
I follow step by step the installation guide and never had data and it did tell me it was connected to Orange signal but nothing ever happened

Activate it the plan two days ago, and couldn’t install the esim, support via WhatsApp kept telling me the escalated the case. I’m glad it was the mastercard promotion so I didn’t lose money
Consistent connection around the globe
Overall happy with the app and service. I’ve tested in 6 different countries and always end up with a connection. Sometimes you need to manually select a carrier but that’s typical.
Customer support is excellent when needed and watch for regular sales.

Great Help
I had a problem activating my eSIM - entirely my fault, but their help line was excellent, allowing even a Luddite such as myself to successfully regain data in a foreign land.
