Activate it the plan two days ago, and couldn’t install the esim, support via WhatsApp kept telling me the escalated the case. I’m glad it was the mastercard promotion so I didn’t lose money
Consistent connection around the globe
Overall happy with the app and service. I’ve tested in 6 different countries and always end up with a connection. Sometimes you need to manually select a carrier but that’s typical.

Great Help
I had a problem activating my eSIM - entirely my fault, but their help line was excellent, allowing even a Luddite such as myself to successfully regain data in a foreign land.
Good but LTE
Good and fast support. I needed help getting it installed. Service is LTE, not super fast but it does the job. Got free 5 days with my Mastercard.
Ridiculously expensive now
I’ve been using FlexiRoam for years - their prices and service used to be good. But now they have increased it 4 times. Absolutely terrible and not worth it anymore. I’m now using another app (Eskimo) that is MUCH CHEAPER and has 2 year validity. Very happy with it.
Excellent help desk
As a first time experience with FlexiRoam I am incredibly impressed with their responsiveness to a loading issue I had with my eSIM. The chat session via WhatsApp was clear, quick and very helpful.

I am using for last 4-5 years & frequent traveler. In-flight connectivity FlexiRoam plan s cheapest compare to others. Support team very professional quick in solving the issues.
Global plan is also good too. There partnerships with Mastercard is icing on cake. Who ever use Mastercard in Asia region recommends to use. Many leading banks offer with 1-5 Gb free date while roaming via FlexiRoam.

Unusable
I got a promotional plan with my credit card, but the me app didn’t let me activate my plan on the location and I couldn’t use it. I was of course connected to the internet that time, but the app was just throwing errors. Absolutely frustrating experience.
Review after using for quite sometime
Excellent date coverage worldwide. As an airline pilot i have to travel to different destinations always. Flexiroam never disappoints. It is probably the cheapest in flight internet provider. Customer service was great when i had problem with connection.
App constantly refreshes not allowing login
I tried to install and login but the app screen continuously refreshes before I can even type in login information
Truly useless
Did not work 2 years ago in 2023, got my money back only as wallet credit and still is not working today in December 2025. As in — the app simply won’t let you do anything. Can’t click through & there’s an annoying pop up that won’t let you do anything at all. A waste twice over.

This app does not work you will have to press 2000 times for anything to open and I wouldn’t trust it with my money.
False advertising
Advertised FlexiShare in app and on their site. I purchased a plan only to find out that they no longer offered it. They would not offer a refund or a commensurate amount to the partner I wanted to share with. A complete waste of money. There are far better and cheaper options out there. Don’t waste your money on false advertising and poor customer service.

Sign-in failed with the message The password field format error, although my password met the requirements.
Support failed: I’m trying to reach out to them the second day via their official support chat: no reply!! Although I have a few GBs of roaming internet via my Mastercard, I am deleting the app.

Good but not competitively priced
The service is just as good as any esim, and the customer service has been helpful. But they are far more expensive than other esims. Try Airalo
SIM didn’t work in Philippines
Landed in Philippines and turned on my eSIM and no service. I activated the plan prior to leaving Melbourne. Ended up purchasing an expensive local SIM at the airport. Will never use this service again! Cannot unsubscribe from their mailing list. The hyperlink is not clickable.

Really works, great customer service
I travel extensively, and the data works is every country without fail (I have a global package). I also like that I can share my data with my family to their FlexiRoam account. The customer service is quick and really fast. Highly recommend
