Trash service

I have 3 packages and we’re working for a few days. They stopped working and show No Service suddenly and the Custmer service is NONE. Contacted them multiple times and no one cares. What the hell.

Non existent support.

I paid for unlimited LTE data and I’m getting 3G speed, less than 1mbps. Support does not respond to tickets and their chatbot just suggests filing more tickets. Might be great when the carrier cooperates but you’re own your own if you need help.
