Can’t Top of Passes
I have entered my cc info anf authenticated it but the app won’t process any of my credit cards.

App full of glitches
It used to be good, now the app is full of glitches. I’ve been trying to add a new membership for 3 months and it never works.
No customer service available to support either.

Broken
It use to work, now it doesn’t. I’m sitting in an airport, wondering where my 10 passes went? Looks like the broken app means I can’t use my remaining passes.
Search is broken
Clicking search gets a “failed” message. Can’t search for an airport.
