Login procedure - a glimpse of hope
As most of the others users I vas victim of the horrendous login procedure. But try this little trick. When logged into the application do not exit it by closing the application or clicking exit button on the phone. Instead go to the Account menu and click Log out. Next time when you start, login procedure will be much more user friendly. At least that’s the case on my iPhone.
It amazes me how this application suddenly scores 4.8 with so many bad reviews after scoring around 1 for years. And it’s funny - five stars reviews are one liners like “Great application.”, while one star reviews are lengthy descriptions or usage problems. I wonder why it might be like that.

App does not work
Tried several times to sign in without any success. Tried the forgot password and never got the verification code. Contacted support and got your standard email with instructions, which I had already went through each step without any success. Gave up. The App and Support SUCKS. I just sign in using the web interface which works. Go figure.

Constantly logs out
Constantly logs out. Why?? Face ID doesn’t work too. This is terrible when you are trying to use this at the airport.
