Really bad app!

The app keeps closing, disconnecting, forgetting the Face ID! It’s a very troublesome application and a shame that as a client I must often find myself unable to access my benefits at the airport middle trip because visa is unable to make an application that works seamlessly.

Not user friendly

The app consistently logs me out, doesn’t accept my password nor do biometrics work. Reset link only works sometimes. Awful experience.
