Really bad app!
The app keeps closing, disconnecting, forgetting the Face ID! It’s a very troublesome application and a shame that as a client I must often find myself unable to access my benefits at the airport middle trip because visa is unable to make an application that works seamlessly.

The app consistently logs me out, doesn’t accept my password nor do biometrics work. Reset link only works sometimes. Awful experience.

The app does not support US-issued Visa cards
Very disappointing experience. Many features shown in the app are not available for cards issued in the United States, and in some cases the services don’t work at all. The app should clearly state this limitation upfront instead of allowing users to sign up and then fail to use it. Not useful for US cardholders.

It was quite ease of use while submitting claim for my recent credit card transaction.
An app where U.S. cards don't work 🤷🏽
This is the first time this has happened to me. Why does offer this app to U.S. consumers if it can't be used with U.S. credit cards? It doesn't make any sense.

Péssimo aplicativo. Além de apresentar problemas constantes, o mais frustrante é que, ao tentar entrar em contato para registrar uma reclamação, surge a mensagem: “Lamentamos, mas o sistema não está disponível neste momento. Por favor, tente novamente mais tarde.”
É difícil acreditar que empresas do porte da Visa e da XP ofereçam uma experiência tão ruim aos seus clientes. Quando o serviço falha e o canal de suporte também não funciona, o consumidor fica sem qualquer alternativa para resolver o problema. Extremamente decepcionante.

RBC Visa Companion Almost useless
Tried to use Visa Airport Companion on three occasions with no luck. Miami had restricted hours from 2pm to 10pm!! Vancouver was the most Mickey Mouse lounge with no availability. Third airport had no lounge with that option. I don’t see any value with the RBC add on for Private Banking . Won’t renew Visa card .
