I purchased my eSIM via web with private email and later realized it’s different account than my usual. The customer support helped me the moment I connected them and resolved my issue.
Absolutely Abysmal
I have no issues against AloSim. But I would strongly advise against using their service. I purchased an E-sim for my trip well in advance. On the day of my trip, at the airport I tried activating my sim and it didn’t work. Turns out AloSim was having some problem with their network operator (which is completely understandable), but why only mention this or bring it up at the last minute? My flight was in 30 minutes and I thought let me chat with support and get this solved. But turns out you can’t. I first spoke to a Chatbot which gave me a generic message, I then chatted to 2 agents (Bernardo and I can’t recall the other name) and all they did is literally copy paste the same message from the chatbot into the box. I waited for a while longer and no one replied or gave an update regarding an estimated time frame when this would be fixed. Surprise Surprise, the network never came back on and the sim never worked and I had to choose a different provider. Now, I would let it be if it was just a problem with me, but the group we went with, every single one faced the same problem of AloSim not working and leaving people stranded. Poor service. Never using them again. Use at your own risk.

Disrupted Service, Bad Customer Service, Throttled Unlimited
First of all - UNLIMITED DOES NOT mean unlimited for aloSIM. It means 2GB in a 24 hour period until you are severely throttled to .5 MBit speeds. So if you are traveling and need information quickly such as for navigating … be prepared to wait and miss your turn, train, bus, etc.
Additionally my service was interrupted for half a day during an unlimited plan I purchased. Want to know what aloSIM offered as a resolution? A publicly available discount code for my next purchase. They didn’t even suggest extending my unlimited plan for the time that the service was down. What a joke.

will definitely try aloSIM again
I had an issue with my Italy eSIM, but Bernardo from aloSIM support handled it quickly, fairly, and with real customer care.
The issue may have been user error or something specific to my phone, but aloSIM still took care of it and issued a refund immediately.
I’m satisfied with how it was handled and will definitely try aloSIM again.

Great customer service
I’ve had this app for a little over a year and it has been great to work with. The prices are fair and I’ve never had issues when connected. When do have issues they are usually my fault due to improper setup. In those cases, the customer service team is exceptional at solving any problems.
