Sorted eSIM in seconds as I could not get it activated so jumped online with AI who walked me through two steps & still would not install so gave me option for refund or activate another which I did & everything worked perfectly so I’m a happy living my bed life solo traveller😬😎
The Europe ESIM didn’t work in more than one country
I used Airalo already three times when I traveled. It is very easy to use and the prices are very competitive. I will continue to use them in the future.
An update:
purchased an Airalo Europe eSIM for a multi-country trip, and my experience was a mixed bag.While I was in Barcelona, Spain, the service worked perfectly fine. The speeds were good, and setup was straightforward. However, the moment I took a cruise to France and Italy, the service completely stopped working.I reached out to their customer support for help and spent over three hours chatting with both their AI bot and real support agents. Unfortunately, it was an incredibly frustrating experience, and absolutely no one could resolve the connection issue.Airalo is fine if you stay in one place where it connects instantly, but if you encounter a technical glitch or change regions, do not expect their customer support to be able to fix it. I ended up with no service for a major portion of my trip.
