Account creation doesn’t work after purchase
App and web alike return a generic “error… please try again” message after login. This would be less frustrating had I not already purchased and installed an eSIM from their site, which is apparently possible without an account being created. Password resets don’t even arrive in spam folder. Without an account good luck getting support,

App doesn’t work
The mobile data worked at really high speeds. But the app is impossible to use. I couldn’t add data or check my remaining balance. It either won’t load at all, or shows an error message when I try to log in. At times when I was able to log in, the dashboard wouldn’t load and an error message would show on the top up screen. I tried the app multiple times on 2 different phones. I had to go with a different company. This is a shame because the network speeds with Ubigi was far better.

App is horrible
The app barely works, when it loads your dashboard loads 1/10 times, you buy more data and sometimes it doesn’t work. Only decent if u buy unlimited data. Support sucks they have no live chat or ai chat bot in 2026??
