App doesn’t work
It stopped working one day and then when I delete the eSIM bc I got the plan through the application, it never gave me a QR code. When I reach out for help they send me an automated message saying I need to use the QR code, that I never received, to reinstall the eSIM on my phone.

Cannot connect
Slow internet
I could use this occasionally while I didn’t have wifi, but oftentimes, it was either so slow that I couldn’t do what I wanted, or it didn’t work at all. It seemed to be mainly when I was in the train and in the countryside when this happened.
Don’t buy their “unlimited” plan
Their unlimited plan is anything but. It cuts out regularly and won’t even let me log into the app to check the issue.
Not for me
I found the card was slow and was already trapped in a three month plan. I gave up and bought a card from a different provider after about 2 weeks.
