Sorted eSIM in seconds as I could not get it activated so jumped online with AI who walked me through two steps & still would not install so gave me option for refund or activate another which I did & everything worked perfectly so I’m a happy living my bed life solo traveller😬😎
The Europe ESIM didn’t work in more than one country
I used Airalo already three times when I traveled. It is very easy to use and the prices are very competitive. I will continue to use them in the future.

purchased an Airalo Europe eSIM for a multi-country trip, and my experience was a mixed bag.While I was in Barcelona, Spain, the service worked perfectly fine. The speeds were good, and setup was straightforward. However, the moment I took a cruise to France and Italy, the service completely stopped working.I reached out to their customer support for help and spent over three hours chatting with both their AI bot and real support agents. Unfortunately, it was an incredibly frustrating experience, and absolutely no one could resolve the connection issue.Airalo is fine if you stay in one place where it connects instantly, but if you encounter a technical glitch or change regions, do not expect their customer support to be able to fix it. I ended up with no service for a major portion of my trip.

So let me see I wasted 5 days of services and charged it to a global data and call for it to not still work. Finally with the help of a 2hrs WhatsApp message with the customer services got it fixed. So let’s be very frank be carful and the service may not automatically work. Be prepared to be online with the customer service group to get it fixed. Have to say they CSR was helpful and very supportive to get the issues fixed. But the lost days they do not refund your lost days.

Didn’t work for me.
I tried buying a 3 day e-sim to Mexico. Didn’t work. I chatted for a long time with support to help fix this. It didn’t work. They gave me a temporary e-sim for Latin America one that did work.
Instead or refunding my money they gave me Airmoney to re-use. Which I thought no biggie I will just use it to get the Latin America one. Problem was the Latin American one is twice as much. So now I don’t have data and not any money back.

Airalo is a good choice app for everyone who is traveling out of their country to another country.
Travel Relief
I travel often and always bought physical SIM card upon arrival at each country. With the Airalo one year international eSIM don’t have to worry. Sometimes hit or miss but overall satisfied.

Less than terrible Technical/customer Support
I’ve used their products before. This time I had a unique issue. I was in Barcelona Spain and spent 3 1/2 hours trying to get disconnected. Mind you I’ve used the product before and it’s successfully connected my wife’s phone earlier in the day. They Technical Support was less than helpful. They just wanted me to send screenshots over and over and over again. Without resolving my problem, I told him I was in an urgent, dire situation with my business and I needed to be connected. I asked them to call me on a WhatsApp number they did not. I spent 3 1/2 hours totally wasted with this company. If you are relying on something for business or personal. I would not recommend this company. I’m a level nine Google reviewer my next stop is on Google reviews. I will not stop reviewing them until they make me whole and issue my money back within less than 30 days. To know that it only took a phone call to resolve the issue in hindsight I’m sure they’ll look at that as a good deal.
