Must-Have for World Travelers
If you own your phone, you can download the eSIM. Beware you must own your phone and not owe payments to anyone. You also need to download your eSIM before you go on travel. Otherwise, it won’t connect when you need to activate it. That said, this worked fantastic on my cruise from Iceland to the UK. I also used it in Jamaica earlier this year. Highly recommend.

They will advertise 5G and 4G LTE so I got it. I never once seen 5G in my trip to Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, and Bacalar. It was 3G most of the time and LTE only at the airport. They advertise AT&T and Movistar. You will not get AT&T. You will only get Movistar, which is much slower. Good luck!
Great eSIM option
Used Airalo in multiple countries, way more affordable than most major carrier international plans and coverage for data is really good. Let’s you stay connected without needing to pay 2x phone bills for your travels.

Good starting very bad ending
The he connection was good for the first 10 days, after that, with more than 50% data remaining, that connection stopped with no possibility of recovering the connection. I deactivated and reactivated the eSIM but didn’t work.

Do not buy Airalo-It has been an extremely frustration experience. I purchased the Europe package, and it has caused me nothing but problems. I have contacted customer support every single day for the past four days, but they only communicate through chat. Since the eSIM does not work properly, I first have to find somewhere with Wi-Fi just to contact them. I now have two eSIMs installed, and even their support team cannot clearly tell me which one I should be using. Most responses appear to be automated or AI-generated, repetitive, and do not properly address the issue. It is extremely difficult to reach a real person who understands the problem and gives a clear solution. After four days, my issue is still unresolved. This has been incredibly stressful and has wasted hours of my trip. I absolutely do not recommend Airalo.

Awesome app and service but it needs dark mode
I’ve been using it for a few years now and only once I had an issue that was fixed when I contacted support.
