Adquiri n dia 24/03/2026, um pacote de dados “Maroco Unlimited 14 dias”, mo valor de RS 274,97, para utilizar n periodo de 26/03 a 9/04/2026. Ocorre que ao chegar ao Marrocos a internet era de pessima qualidade, de modo que tive que adquirir um chip de uma operadora local, Maroc Telecom, no valor RS 40,00 que funcionou super bem, invlusive n deserto.
Qdo regressei, para minha surpresa, percebi que o credito da GigSky havia zerado, mesmo sem ter utilizado. Me senti enganada e furtada.

Best eSIM
This is the best eSIM I have used in a while.
Slow or No connection in London UK
I bought 4 eSIM for my family and we’ve been using them for more than a week now on 4 different iPhones. The connection is slow in London and Bath so far. Even if our phones are connected LTE or 5G, there is no service! Impossible to access maps, emails... We are sometimes on Edge (useless) while neighbours are on LTE or 5G. Really disappointed. I do not recommend Gigsky.

Em Amsterdã o chip demora mas conecta em 5g. Porém, é extremamente lento e fica off-line toda hora. Não tem assistência em tempo real. Nem o aplicativo da GigSky conecta com esse chip.

Reliable everywhere I have used service except on cruise ships.
I have used this in Europe, Mexico, and South America without any issues I found the service to be poor on cruise ships. I assume that’s more because of the network then because of this service. So honestly don’t waste your money for the cruise ship, but I highly recommend it for using it anywhere else.

Does not work for cruises
I used it on a cruise and couldn’t get service half the time. It wasn’t reliable when we were out at sea. On land, it might be ok. But you’re better off using the ship’s wifi while at sea.

Terrible Service in Buenos Aires
I’m traveling in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I’m shocked by the quality of the service. Even though it constantly shows LTE, the actual connection is absolutely terrible. I can’t send photos, hotspot isn’t available, and it takes around 10 minutes just to download a single photo from iCloud.
And I’m talking about central Buenos Aires — the capital of one of the most visited countries in South America. The service is practically unusable.

Customer service was great, extended the time period for my plan that had more than 4GB left by one month when it was about to expire in 5 hours. There are also a lot of generous free plans available and discounts if your Visa card has benefits.

I consistently had only very low connectivity throughout France, whether I was in Paris or the countryside. Data speeds we’re too slow to use my phone to search for things on Google Maps, and it took ages to sign up for any apps like Vélo when not on WiFi. I will never use this service again.

Complete useless service and non existent support
Purchased an eSIM for travel, and it has been a complete nightmare. Either it fails to connect at all, or it shows connected signal bars with zero internet traffic. To make matters worse, their live chat support is useless—it keeps timing out and disconnecting before anyone actually responds. You are left stranded without data when you need it most. Avoid GigSky and use a reliable provider instead.

Connection trop variable
Dans les grosses villes d’Europe (Dublin, Glasgow), prend un temps fou à se connecter. Parfois signal EDGE seulement, trop lent pour utiliser Maps (j’ai eu à ressortir les livres comme en 1996).
De plus, si plus d’un plan est réservé, l’app active pas toujours lent plus avantageux; j’ai perdu quelques jours de données à cause de ça.
Je retourne à Airalo même si Visa me donne des forfaits GigSky.
