Do not buy
Very disappointing experience with the FlexProtect app. I was pushed to buy this app at the dealer, but it has not delivered any real value. I have two vehicles on my account, yet the app shows the same vehicle information for both, which makes it confusing and useless. It feels like the system is not working correctly.

Is not accurate
Just like other reviews I am experiencing the same problem. My current location is never correct. How will they be able to track a vehicle with inaccurate information. This app is awful. I wish I would have known when purchasing my vehicle. I would have saved my money.
what a trash scam
Well I almost fought them to remove this thing , they said they installed the gps on the car when nobody asked for it, 1300$ scamm, now i try to download it, well it wants another subscription 120$ because it doesn’t allow you even to see the car whaat a true scam woww
Kinda pointless
Update: Worse than I thought. It reported that the vehicle was at home in my driveway while I was with the vehicle 5 hours away for a weekend. It is fraudulent about it’s services.
This only checks in location at certain points in the day. You can set it to away mode, but if it isn’t near one of the designated check in times, it does no good. I guess you can use it to report the vehicle stolen, but an air tag can do the same thing for much cheaper.

Server issues and no response
I’m trying to reach out to the company in regards to their service. The GPS in my vehicle is non functional. When Central Florida Toyota dealership spoke to their representative they were told their servers were down and there was no timeline for it to be repaired and to continue checking to see if they had fixed it. I have posted reviews on their Google page as well as filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes to reach a resolution.

Piece of Junk
Was tricked to buy this junk by BMW Gwinnett dealer in GA, never work and can’t get the money back from these “BMW of Gwinnett Place” scam artist. Don’t buy it, $25 AirTag is way better.
Total Rip-off
This is just another useless add-on that the dealership offers to boost their profits. It doesn't provide real-time tracking or any features that are actually beneficial to the consumer. If this app is ever presented to you, laugh in their face! You've been warned!

Never see any apps that is useless like this one. Can’t even check the car location and they said we can know where it is when the car got stolen. All the other tools are useless. Don’t get it when Toyota make us pay thousand of dollar for this. Garbage

I was parked at Walmart. I got hit and the device notified me. Thanks to this notification I was able to stop the person who hit me and call the police

This product worked exactly how it was explained to me. I was able to get my car back quickly and still in good shape. Saved me a ton of hassle and worry if I didn’t have it. 5 stars!
Does what it is supposed to do
Salesman explained how this is different than my BMW product. Made sense to me. Works 7 years. Alerts if my car is moved or hit, even if my car is parked. She was also happy the app quickly helps her find cars at the dealership.

I received an alert from my FlexProtect app of unauthorized movement. Used the app to report the car stolen and within an hour received a call from the state police that they had recovered my car.

Been using the product for a while and have no complaints. Appreciate the added layer of security for my car. Especially with all of the car thefts occurring these days.
