Don’t Subscribe - scammers
I would strongly advise against subscribing to Flick.
For the past couple of years, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription after losing access to my account. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to access my account to manage or cancel my membership, yet I continued to be charged $20 every month.
I contacted support explaining that I had previously used two Instagram accounts and could no longer access the account associated with my subscription. I also explained that I had been experiencing financial hardship and had only discovered the recurring charges while preparing several years of tax returns. I asked for help regaining access, canceling the subscription, and reviewing whether any reimbursement was possible.
Unfortunately, my issue was never resolved, and the recurring charges continued.
A company should not continue billing customers who are unable to access their accounts and have repeatedly asked for assistance canceling their subscriptions. Based on my experience, the cancellation process was extremely frustrating, and customer support did not resolve the problem.
I would not recommend this service. I still am unable to cancel.

Videos fail to publish
Videos that you schedule for tik tok or Facebook fail to publish almost everytime. Not worth any subscription unless they fix that.
FLICKIN GOOD
Flick is hands down the best hashtag research service out there. The app is pretty dope, too. I wish the app had as many features as their website, but I’m sure it will soon. Love the AI features on web!
Flick’s support team don’t work on weekends
That’s right, they don’t work weekends. Lucky them! Not so good for us…
I wasted so much time on an issue with their platform which they were not able to support with.
On top of that, their platform is clunky. For example, once you have scheduled a post on multiple platforms, if you want to make edits, you have to edit each post, for each platform individually.
Flick don’t cover analytics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube (to mention the major platforms).
There’s more but the above should be enough to encourage you to look elsewhere.
