Still waiting on a refund
I was changed after canceling subscription. Received an email from Fliki trying to talk me out of canceling and they never processed the refund to this day. Horrible customer service

Couldn't tell you whether or not it works because it never got past the file upload. I tried many different ways and couldn't get it to work. Not even one time no matter what I was doing.

This app has great potential. The sound sometimes sound a little choppy with the words breaking up. I’m still gonna get this five stars because I see the potential this app has. I wondered how and why my credits were running out so fast, then I started monitoring my usage. I noticed that since my latest renewal, I have only created less than 20 minutes total length of videos but somehow I’ve used up 95 minutes.
The app generates three pictures even for one sentence scenes, which is unnecessary. It creates more work than necessary as I have to go over the whole scenes deleting images. It doesn’t make it easy to use. Then the AI is not as intelligent as it includes gibberish words and alphabets in the image, spells some words wrongly and makes it obvious that it is not as intelligent. Then it inserts the wrong gender in the images it generates for the stories you write. Why is it always unnecessarily including images of women? Even when you’re writing scripts that are about men or that are not about women? It causes you to need to regenerate more images. Also I was of the impression that you’re charged credit when you export your finished video, but I was watching my credits go while I was yet to export a video. Also once you run out of credit, there’s no way to top up. So you just have to wait till your next renewal. For the amount I pay for the subscription, I might as well top up and sign up for googles products. This app needs to fix up.
