Best Company ever
I was having difficulty manually entering this ridiculously long address for my loved one, and the owner of this company was kind enough to work with me and with her production person to fix it. God bless this company! I love these postcards!
Use this app to help everybody you love
I started using this app because I loved a few folks who were incarcerated and then as the time went on and they opened up access, I was able to use it to send communication to anybody that I want, including my daughter who is on a mission and all the people that I love that I just don't get to connect with enough. It's such a wonderful way to have access. You have access to your people for low cost and to send them beautiful photographs and messages and it just makes all the difference in the world. Mission Unaccomplished
Let me just say that the quality of work is top tier! This is why I gave 3stars! Customer service is non existent and for this to be a business who’s stepping in as the middle man so we can reach the inmates there should be no reason a package sent from this business is confiscated because they made the return address my home address. This gives the prison the idea that I sent mail from home when I purchased, uploaded my photos and everything on this app. I am disgusted that I received a book back to my home address in April 2026 that was purchased and shipped incorrectly from Flikshop December 2025. Yes! The emailed customer service about it snd no reply still to this date. They need to do better for the price we pay in credits because you can’t direct pay and the credits are in inconvenient increments.

Worst App Ever
I wouldn’t recommend this app i paid to have my pictures sent and he still haven’t got them. They saying they can’t find my account I’m just so through with this app. Save your money and your time download another app

Every single time I use this app there seems to be an issue. I made a purchase of 10 photos to be sent to my fiancé, they never arrived when he was in there. I tried reaching out about a refund, and I never got it. THEN I just purchased 20 Flikshop credits and it charged me 6 TIMES. That’s $173.99 total. THEN the credits never showed up in my account. I’m honestly sick of this app. I got one postcard through, but the other 10 photos, VOID! the $173.99 that it charged me for nothing? VOID!

i want to say Flikshop is the best better than all the rest by far if you want to send mail letters postcards or photos to someone locked up. My loved one really loves all of the bueatifull postcards too.. he really gets all happy when he gets postcards that ive personally picked the photo for the postcard and Flikshop makes and sends them out to the prison where hes at. all the work and effort is so appreciated you all are God sent. Thank you for making it possible for making a man locked up doing life without parole smile again..

I love this app and I love how quick and easy it is for me to just send something to my fiancé. My only complaint is I wish they would change up the themes and options for postcards much more often. I would spend much more money if there was a bigger variety for me to choose from but once I feel like I’ve sent him every postcard they have, I stop sending until there are new ones.

HORRIBLE
I sent off 10 photos to be printed as an order and then received tracking information. Then I tell them that the tracking that I got wasn’t working because it took me to a USPS website from the app and then they informed me that no it’s actually a UPS tracking and so I’m sitting there and waiting and watching as the order updates and then all of a sudden the tracking is no longer available and so then I reach out to them and they said they’re going to reprint my order so once they did, they never gave me a new tracking number and when I asked for it, they told me they only offer tracking numbers for their albums, which that doesn’t make any sense, because initially the tracking number was showing up within the app for my order and now when I go to search my tracking information from my order, it’s now populating, but it’s still saying the same thing like it’s not showing up so I think this app is a Forrest and a fake and I don’t think they’re actually really printing out anything and there is stealing peoples money, so don’t use this app. Use Pelly post or something else, the customer service is horrible they don’t even help you and they lie and keep giving you the runaround so don’t waste your money and use a better app or print out the photos and do it yourself

Tracking confusion between USPS and UPS, then a reprint with no new tracking number, then no real answer when you asked again. That is failure across the board. We are not a fake. Every photo is printed and mailed. But the experience you had is unacceptable. If you're open to it, please email info@flikshop.com with your order number and a reference to this review. Loved one never received photos
Unfortunately my loved one NEVER received the 10 photos I had sent through this app. She received the post card but not the multiple photos. It is way passed the Est Delivery date as well

I recently just found this app and think it is amazing. I am able to send my husband photos of me and him and if I can’t afford them, I can send a request to Flikshop angels and they send me credits!
