Awesome! Would recommend!
This app helped me focus on school and actually made me want to get a better time off my phone! Thanks!
IT WORKS!!!
I love this app. It’s so beautifully simple with just enough of a reward system to keep me going. I’ve only been using it for a few days and I already feel way more aware of my screen time and it’s really helping me actively choose to FLIP instead of scroll.
