Scam fraud

This Flipex are scam . My bitcoin is in my wallet and they’re not allowing me access my wallet ..why would I have a bitcoin wallet and I won’t have the phrase or seed now I know why you don’t want to give me fraudulent!!!! Fraudsters funny how every time I’ve to complain about my coin before I receive it

FlipEx is not a scam. We are a legitimate business with verified transactions to show. We are also not a decentralised exchange, so we do not issue seed phrases as they are not needed to access your wallet. This customer in question has processed over $10k+ in transactions with us successfully since they signed up on FlipEx, but they have refused to provide the Transaction Hash that will allow us to further investigate the issue with their most recent transaction. Without the transaction hash, our investigation is limited. Please provide the transaction hash to allow us to investigate this issue to a conclusive end.

These people straight up stole my funds off of a Visa gift card that they were going to sell for me. Got the info., said they couldn’t do it, and then drained the card later that day through eBay purchases

Tried to help them with fees and accept USDT instead of bitcoin. Tried to be a good guy. Now I can’t swap the coin because it’s on the tron network. Asked them to send me the tron ($4.49) to complete the transaction, and they said sorry no can’t help you chief. This is what happens when you try to help

We duly paid you for your transaction. You should not expect us to send you additional payment when you have not made a new transaction. We paid to the wallet address that you provided. Declining to send you extra $4.49 does not constitute ripping. You were asking for extras after you've been duly paid.

I traded a gift worth $500 and they gave me $100 for it and said that was the fair market value when I could have gotten $400 at the nearest pawn shop. This is a shady company do not do business with them. Should be taken down from Apple Store.
