Our soccer team loved this app, and even after we went on the trip we were fundraising for, some parents decided to keep fundraising for the next event because it felt useful! Now with this update, it’s terrible. Gift cards don’t show up properly even on my iPhone 16 plus with big screen; there’s no way to track your gift card balances; and the overall app experience just sucks. I doubt we will continue after we use up our current gift cards. Too bad - felt like they had a good thing going!

Feacturea lost after Raiseright
Please bring back the team fundraising dashboard and leaderboard. Seeing our team’s progress and individual contributions was one of the main reasons families stayed engaged. The new app has better earning opportunities, but the fundraising experience is much less motivating without team visibility
New updated version stinks
What happened? We used to be able to see what we were generating for our sports team. Now it’s blank and says contact the administrator to know.
Terrible since the “upgrade”
This app and program has become so cumbersome and a true waste of time. It doesn’t work, and the newest updates are a major step backward. Disappointing. Will look to switch to Rakuten.
Awful since update
New update is awful. You used to be able to see team goals and totals raised and now you can’t see anything except set personal goals.

With the recent update, I can no longer see the amount our team has raised. I have to go on the computer and run a report to find this info. Quite inconvenient and takes away the fun of participants seeing the funds grow.
Can no longer manually update the amount on the main gift cards I buy. The app will not update it automatically even though the update claims it will.

The new update will kill the app
Unfortunately this new update and ownership change to RaiseRight will completely bury this app over time. It’s glitchy, fundraising totals do not update, manual claims must be submitted over and over, and most importantly and significantly there is NO transparency as to total team earnings. I am the team coordinator and I do not want to have to download a .pdf report every week just to see an updated balance, then bother the entire team with an update on where we’re at. Why remove the transparency? I’ve spoken to many parents on different teams using the app, that will not be continuing after the current season concludes, it’s just not worth the hassle any more. The old app was amazing so it’s a real shame. Also- why remove the $50 new team referral bonus? What used to be a lucrative idea for team fundraising is now a pain in the butt to earn $0.50.

New Update - Now I Can’t See My Friends
I downloaded the new app and am disappointed that I can’t see the members of my team. It really motivated me to use the app as there was some friendly competition going on. Unfortunately I can see this change having a negative impact on usage.
Latest version doesn’t work
I have the most current version - everything is greyed out and I can’t access anything. I have to log in to the website to be able to access my account and use the gift cards stored.

New app doesn’t work, screen is dark and I can’t click on anything. Old app worked great, will cash out and find something different once I can access my previously purchased gift cards
Took away some incentive
This new update left me disappointed. It doesn’t show the teams dashboard with leaders and how much the team has raised, any longer. That was the fun part about using this app was a bit of competition. Now I have no idea how much our team has raised and I’m the team coordinator. Going to the coordinator dashboard page, just never loads and there is no help in the faq. The new look isn’t user friendly and takes away a lot of the fun of the app.

App doesn’t work
Sits on the screen slightly darkened screen can’t tap on anything.
Used to be good
Used this app for 2 of my kids teams and it worked well. That was until someone decided to fix something that didn’t need it. Used to get gift cards instantly, now have to wait 24 hours minimum. Just got chard in US funds for a Canadian gift card. Will be cashing out what’s left and on the team fund and will look for a Canadian alternative.

Frozen app
After upgrading to the new version, everything is frozen. The screen downs felt you clock on any options or navigate at all. I have to log in every time and then nothing works
Missing information
The new design of the app won’t show the amount our team has earned. It is difficult to plan without knowing how close we are to our goal.
Terrible
Used this for my hockey team and as a fundraiser it’s ok but the app is bad and so frustrating I would never buy a gift card through it again and couldn’t in good conscience recommend it to friends and family. It hardly ever works, constantly logs you out. I can’t even use up the gift cards because it’s so frustrating I just end up paying for my purchase instead of using the gift cards.
