Customer support and that chat bot are waste of time I had wait over 1 month for one order and I told them it’s taking a long Time the answer that there is only one answer that is logistical issue sir we will resolve the in 48hours that took 27 days and not resolved so I cancelled it . And delete for peace

Lack of professionalism
I had returned an item 20 days back, never received the money. Tried to reach flipkart but they said refund has been generated. May be nowadays flipkart is generating imaginary returns to loot their customers for some petty cash. Never knew flipkart has hit bankruptcy.
