Slow app
The pizzas are excellent, but the app is very slow and crashes frequently whenever I try to browse or place an order.

Terrible and frustrating app
Have called to order pizza many times. They require you use the app to get rewards. Have tried multiple times. Signing up for rewards requires you to enter a code they say you’ll receive. Two hours in and no code. Confirmed email address. Asked to resend. Nothing. Then tried to order and checkout as a guest to at least get the pizza. After adding $150 worth of pizza multiple times, get the spinning wheel, app crashes, restarts with an empty cart. After three tries, learned the lesson. No more pizza from Flippers until they change developers and get a functioning app.

Difficult to use and SLOW
Have only used the app successfully on time for a carry out order. Have tried several times to use the app for delivery and always get the notice that the delivery address is incomplete. There is no way to check the address unless you delete the order and start again. Even when the address is accurate the same message appears and an order can’t be completed. Very frustrating way to try to get pizza delivery!

Terrible app, great pizza!
This app is horrendous. You can’t see reward info, it doesn’t save payment info, but it doesn’t matter - flippers creates some of the best pizza around. I just wish their app could be anywhere near as good as their food is!

Limits to the App
There is no option to save a credit card and there is no option for a digital wallet so you have to dig out a credit card to pay every time. Rewards program is a nice perk, but you cannot use the entire reward at one. If you earn $10 in rewards, the most you can apply to an order is $9. You must always leave at least $1 balance left in your rewards. Not ideal…seems like they intentionally wanted to create a hassle. The pizza, however, is really good and the app is a means to building up rewards.

Great restaurant with the best pizza I have ever had, better than mellow mushroom even- but their app is a mess with all the glitches and confusing pathways that negate previous actions and frustrating customers and employees alike because the employees can’t do anything about it but take the heat for it.

Train wreck of an APP
Great you have a $10 off coupon. Can only be used via your APP. Then let’s just keep you going back in circles and never being able to get pass the discount amount. Each update to this APP just causes the problem in another part of the APP. So you pretty much cause your customers to look else where.

We tried multiple purveyors of pizza in Orlando, most we found acceptable, a few we found exceptional, but we have only returned to Flippers on a regular basis

The app does NOT work. I ordered via the app and when I clicked on checkout the app moves right to the page that is supposed to summarize my order and show reward points received. It does not keep the items I placed for order so I can’t edit anything. Yet it shows the number of items still in my cart- which I can’t reach to empty, cancel or purchase. What’s the point of advertising rewards when you can’t use them or obtain them and the stores can’t award or see them when ordering in person?

App has too many issues
Same as other reviews I only use this for the reward system which is great but the app is so glitchy/has so many issues you can’t even use the rewards anymore at this point? Then you try to go on the website & it’s really not any better. Every time I order pizza through this app I get frustrated! Finally decided to leave a review to see if something could be changed on this!

A tracker would be nice
No way to check on the status of your pizza. No idea if my pizza has even been cooked or of its on the way. Chose delivery. Email confirmation says it will be ready at 5:30. Um... it's cooked at 5:30? Or I'll have it at 5:30? No idea because you get zero updates once the order is placed.
Close but no cigar
Wanted to use a promo but it wouldn’t let me checkout. The app looks good but if you can’t order ya can’t order.
Practically worthless
Use it for the rewards but it is a crap app. Ordering from previous or favorites doesn’t work and the app is buggy and freezes or crashes. Doesn’t save time of make anything easier. Might as well scrap this and start over
