I get charged every month for subscription and I can’t seem to cancel it. Tried to pause it but it’s not working. I just got billed $24.99

THIS APP WILL NOT SHOW UP IN YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS WHICH IS A REDFLAG. IT IS ALSO SAYS CHARGED OUT OF THE UNITED STATES ,ANOTHER RED FLAG. THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO CANCEL. THEY MAY START OUT OF NOWHERE CHARGING YOU. ALSO YES JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THEY SHOW YOU TO PAY FOR IT & THEN A FREE TRIAL. THAT’S SCAMLIKE AND BACKWARDS. This app has taken repeated payments from my account which I’ve now disputed with my bank.

Ridiculous
I purchased a year subscription for $49.99 but they have charged same amount every month on my apple wallet. This is theft.
It sucks!!
Very limited applications and it won’t read or recognize any text uploads from photos. They charge you regardless if it uploads or not. No customer service. A total rip off!! Don’t download it!!

I canceled my subscription after before the free trail was completed yet I still keep getting charged and they refused to refund me on this last go around. Do not use this garbage product as it’s no where close to what it claims to be like.

UPDATE: I asked for a refund, and not only did they NOT REFUND my purchase, THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME AFTER I REQUESTED REFUND AND CANCELLATION.

Was really excited about this
App, paid for everything and then I found out the entire chat history wasn't scanned as advertised. I had to manually upload screenshots of the chat and even after I did, it would only consider what was in a single screenshot. In other words there is no "chat history" and the responses are very generic. On top of that there are credits which are depleted after every upload and generation. Like WHAT!?!? It's an amateur app which works worse than whatever ai you're using. Waste of time and money. I 100% feel suckered out of the money I paid and hope this review will caution others.
Update: It's even worse that originally thought. The same response is generated across different chats. "Just trying to steal your heart one dance move at a time" seriously this app is so broken.
Second update: okay yeah, then try to use it in Facebook dating and the keyboard isn't even selectable. Weak. Time for a refund. Thanks.

Charged the whole year worth of subscriptions multiple times in a period of few days. Had to raise dispute with credit card company to get this resolved. avoid at all cost

The reviews are real. Disappointing app. U have to take pic and submit everytime. THATS NOT THE CASE. I HAD 3 unauthorised transaction for $60 and they are not able to refund ??? I had deleted the app and cancelled my sub altho I never sub and still being charged.

So the app reads the recived text and the text sent backwords so answers my question.

Dont't use this app. It is designed to trap you in an Premium subscription that is hard to cancel. They chase you aggressivly to charge your credit card with an high amount.

The app doesn’t allow you to cancel subscription. And the keep your card details even when you try to do so within the app. Apple should remove this app
