App needs updating

When I first download this app over a year ago, inwa able to view documents immediately. For some unknown reason, when I click on a doc to view and accept it the app loads as its try to import the doc. As an LO this is a must to be able to view and accept on demand. It would be also nice one a doc is accepted to Inform the LO and assigned floify owner the doc has been imported and a response if the document is sufficient upon further review.

App still useless

Still waiting on items the development team said would be ready 3 years ago. Can’t log in. Did they decide to just give up on the app? If so then just remove the app and send mobile text messages when an online application is completed because this app seems to be a ghost shell of what could’ve been great.

I am just getting started on the app and it was going great but now it won’t even let me open it. The website was giving me issues earlier and now it’s the app.

Pipeline Wrong

I can’t access my actual pipeline. There’s only one client on what is shown in my pipeline, and I have no idea who the client is. This app is unusable due to this.

Floify website - amazing. The app - terrible

Floify’s website - excellent
I have used it for years and it helps us provide an excellent client experience.
Floify, as a company - outstanding.

But the app…. Had to have been created by an elementary school student.
It just doesn’t work. I can’t view any documents that have been uploaded, I can’t add buckets for new document requests, I can’t accept or deny documents that have been uploaded, the list goes on and on.

Please, please, for the the sanity of all LO’s and processors, make the app usable.
I would pay a premium for an app that works.

I know multiple app developers that I would be happy to put you in contact with if you need someone to help.

We love you Floify!
Please show us some love back and bring the app into the 21st century!

Cant log in

When you first open the app theres a sign in button. I click on that and the screen changes for a split second then takes me back to the same page as before and never allows me to actually log in

Just use the browser app.

This app is totally useless for me because I can’t see my teams pipeline and they manage everything for me so unless I log in under their credentials I will see nothing at all.

App is unusable - does not allow you to get past email page

The app doesn’t work at all. It freezes on the email page and does not allow you to type your password to login.

Horrible Functionality and UX

You would expect the app to provide similar access and functionality as the website, but it doesn’t. You can only see live flows. Couldn’t pay me to use this very poorly developed app!

Seen better products

A mobile app should be just like the mobile website but better. It’s actually nothing like the website and full of bugs. The website has calculators shareable links. This app is more geared to the LO but you can’t even view docs that have been uploaded.

Current version useless

Can’t view docs. Can’t view pending apps. Just go to the mobile web version until proper investment and attention is given to this part of their business. For a great desk app, this is quite embarrassing. There’s so much potential for future post pandemic situations.

Can’t see docs

Probably the main purposing of downloading this app is to be able to see when clients submit documents. Nothing can opened. Doesn’t make sense, what’s the point of even having the app

Good program but can’t see docs

Floify is great but the app could use some work to see the documents that were uploaded. Can’t approval/deny docs either on the app. Another tool that would take the app over the top would be mobile pre approval letters. Overall it’s a great company but the app is basically useless.

Needs features

Needs to be able to send app and doc request from mobile to new clients- right now you can just get notified when they upload things. Desktop is wonderful but app needs some love

LOVE Floify - But NOT the app

So I love Floify, the website is awesome. The features, tools, requests, automated emails. Fantastic!

The app? Not so much. As a processor on the go, this app needs to be retooled to match the power behind the website. The only good thing about the app is that it notifies you when docs are uploaded, but even then, thats something that email notifications already provide. So really, the app is not tooled correctly to allow us to do all the things the website does which is a shame, because I really love the platform!

Can’t wait to see an app that matches the website!!

Useless!!

This app is useless. Has no functionality. Can’t even lookup borrower info. Change milestones. Etc. Literally useless.

No file browsing for upload?

You’ve got to be kidding me! Only supports upload via camera and photo library. There’s a whole world of cloud storage that isn’t supported for document uploading...rendering this app pretty useless, I’ve got to use the web portal instead
